Collaboration with KyCAD

Warwick Foundation and the Kentucky College of Art and Design have begun a trial partnership to develop curriculum and programs at the Foundation’s estate in Mercer County. The Warwick estate – the iconic home of Clay Lancaster – has long been underutilized for on-site programs. KyCAD’s faculty, students, and curriculum bring the missing element to Clay’s vision for a vibrant Warwick, educating new generations in the humanities. Warwick expands the College’s academic experience in a rural setting, balancing its main campus based in Old Louisville. Warwick and KyCAD are working together to raise $150,000 for program costs and an executive director who will integrate Warwick with KyCAD’s curriculum and launch an artist-in-residence program.
